CrossFit is a high octane – high intensity workout that’s based on functional movements.  These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, kettle bells, running, rowing and more. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The program is structured in such a way that anyone can do it and participants are challenged to do a certain number of repetitions in a workout in a specific time frame.
