Group Fitness Classes
Armazém group fitness classes fuse training styles and equipment to accomplish a total body workout that keeps your muscles guessing and jumpstarts your fitness.
Bootcamp
Utilizing a variety of state of the art equipment such as our True Form Runners and Water Rowers as well as hybrid body-changing moves like burpees, mountain climbers, twists, athletic sequences, and squats — this high intensity hour will leave you feeling (and loving) the burn.
Bootcamp Lite
Bootcamp Lite will have a similar structure to our Bootcamp class with a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Bootcamp Lite will run concurrently with our regular Bootcamp schedule- every day of the week at all Bootcamp class times! As always, it will be an effective, fun, and safe full-body workout.
Bootcamp Lite is geared towards: Beginners or new exercises, people returning from injury or recovering from an injury, getting back into exercise after a long hiatus, individual who prefer a less intense pace to our regular Bootcamp, needing recovery from a more intense day of exercise, any orthopedic issues.
Fusion Cycling
Make your cycling workout a head to toe experience. We add weights and TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) suspension equipment to our cycling workout to get your upper body engaged for better endurance, strength and overall conditioning. Bikes for Fusion Cycling group fitness classes are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis; we recommend signing up to guarantee your spot.
Cycling
All you need is you and the bike. During our cycling workout, our trainers will engage your legs, core, and upper body in a pulse pounding, cardiovascular challenge for improved endurance. Bikes for Cycling classes are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis; we recommend signing up to guarantee your spot.
PERSONAL TRAINING
A great compliment to our group fitness classes, especially if you have specific goals in mind for body composition, athletic performance or general health. 100% personalized programming by our coaches for each client for their individual abilities and goals. Group of 2 and Group of 3/5 also available.

Without tracking results it’s really hard to monitor whether your plan is working or not, the more data we have, the better decisions we can make…
That’s why Armazém have introduced the Fit3D scanner – the most accurate body composition scanner available to commercial gyms.
The great thing is you don’t even have to be a member to use the scanner at Armazém Fusion Fitness.
